There are no prerequisites for yoga, you simply need to have the willingness to show up. So please, come as you are & together we can explore the practice of yoga from any starting point.

Drawing from traditional Yoga methods & Ayurveda a personal practice will be created for you based on your unique needs & goals.
Sessions are provided in an environment that makes you comfortable, you can come to me or I to you & our one on one practice offers you greater access to personalised attention to attain greater self awareness & enhance the potential for personal growth.
high performance sports
Paula has had over a decade of experience facilitating sessions for high performance athletes with her clients including the Adelaide Football club (AFL), The SACA (cricket), Adelaide Thunderbirds (netball) & Adelaide United Football club (soccer) as well as high level tennis players.
A program will be designed with consideration to athletic training cycles & adapted to meet the specific needs of the individual athlete or group. Using various yoga, breath & meditation techniques a program can be created to help minimize injuries, enhance flexibility, range of movement & control, promote greater recovery & rejuvenation, increase self-awareness & enhance overall performance.

Paula believes yoga should be accessible to all people & introducing young people to Yoga in the school environment can create a positive pathway to understand how to use this modality as a way to promote self- awareness, decrease stress & anxiety & move more without the need to be in a competitive environment. It can also help to promote better relations in diverse educational settings & promote overall health & well- being.
